Why it was recalled

According to the RAPEX notice, the identified hazard is: The product has no arm openings. As a result, the baby may slip down into the sleep bag, and suffocate. Moreover, the sleeping bag has a hood, which may cover the mouth and/or nose area of the baby. This could lead the child to suffocate.
