According to the CPSC notice, the identified hazard is: The smoke sensors in these fire detection systems were installed beginning August 2004 in certain SimplexGrinnell, ADT and Ansul fire detection systems in commercial buildings throughout the U.S. The sensor model numbers listed below are included.
