According to the RAPEX notice, the identified hazard is: The insulation between the product’s internal electrical circuits is not sufficient. Moreover, the clearance and creepage distances are not sufficient. A single layer of insulating tape is used to separate the electrical windings, whereas reinforced insulation (three layers) is required to ensure safety.
