According to the RAPEX notice, the identified hazard is: The plastic material of the product has an excessive concentration of bis(2-ethylhexyl) phthalate (DEHP) and dibutyl phthalate (DBP) (measured values up to 38.4% and 11.7% by weight, respectively).
