According to the RAPEX notice, the identified hazard is: The toy contains small parts (magnets) with high magnetic flux that can easily detach. A small child may put them in the mouth and choke. In addition, if a child swallows them, they could attract one another and cause intestinal blockage or perforation. The product does not comply with the requirements of the Toy Safety Directive nor with the European standard EN 71-1
