According to the RAPEX notice, the identified hazard is: The back of the armband has an excessive concentration of polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons (PAHs), notably benzo[a]pyrene, benzo[e]pyrene and benzo[a]anthracene (measured values: 2.82 mg/kg, 4.73 mg/kg and 2.93 mg/kg by weight respectively). These PAHs may cause cancer. The product does not comply with the REACH Regulation.
