According to the RAPEX notice, the identified hazard is: The product consists of small parts (spaghetti, tongue, nose, ear) and due to its characteristic form, appearance and size, it may be mistaken for a foodstuff. This may lead consumers, and specially children, to put the small parts in the mouth and choke on them.The product does not comply with the requirements of the Toy Safety Directive and EN 71-1.
