According to the CPSC notice, the identified hazard is: The Sleigh Round Crib, model #2005, measures approximately 42 inches in diameter, is made of solid wood and comes in a mahogany finish. The crib has four posts that are 31 inches in height and a portion of the side of the crib can be raised and lowered. Hazards: The assembly instructions included with the crib direct consumers to assemble the crib with the mattress support in the highest position and do not indicate that the mattress support can be moved to a lower position. This poses a fall hazard to children who are able to sit or stand up in the crib.
