The heated tanks are filled with water and a dissolvent that allows a person to float effortlessly. Hazards: Electrical components in the float tank are not grounded, which can prevent the Ground Fault Circuit Interrupter (GFCI) from tripping when needed, posing an electrocution hazard to consumers.
