According to the RAPEX notice, the identified hazard is: A calibration error in the Engine Electronic Control Unit (ECU) software may prevent the Malfunction Indicator Lamp (MIL) from activating when the Selective Catalytic Reduction (SCR) system and/or Diesel Particulate Filter (DPF) fails, risking undetected faults and resulting in emissions above the regulatory limits.
