According to the RAPEX notice, the identified hazard is: Due to the weakness of the seam on the bottom of the toy, the filling material and small parts (lockable ZIP BAG bag with small balls) may become freely accessible to children. A child may put them in the mouth and choke. The product does not comply with the requirements of the Toy Safety Directive and the European standard EN 71-1.
