According to the RAPEX notice, the identified hazard is: The strap of the toy drum has no quick release mechanism.If worn around the neck, it could form a loop and become trapped, leading to strangulation. The handle of some of the instruments is too long.A small child could put it in the mouth and choke.The product does not comply with the requirements of the Toy Safety Directive and the relevant European standard EN 71-1.
