Why it was recalled
According to the RAPEX notice, the identified hazard is: The cables inside the mains power cord are too thin and could overheat during use. The plastic part of the luminaire’s integrated plug is made of combustible material. The insulation and size of the pins of the mains plug and output connector are inappropriate, leaving live parts accessible. Live parts may become accessible without the use of any tools. User may consequently suffer burns, receive an electric shock or the product may cause a fire.
