According to the RAPEX notice, the identified hazard is: The terminals are not securely anchored and sufficiently secured against pulling out (connected only by fusible material and soldering). The live pin holes of the sockets are not equipped with shutters. Live parts may become accessible, a user can touch the live parts and receive an electric shock. The product does not comply with the requirements of the Low Voltage Directive nor with the requirements of IEC 60884-1 and IEC 60884-2-7 standards.
