According to the RAPEX notice, the identified hazard is: The toy can collapse easily, whereby the steering column breaks. Due to this, the space between the body of the toy and the front wheels becomes very narrow and a child's fingers can become trapped and/or the child can also fall and be injured. The product does not comply with the requirements of the Toy Safety Directive nor with European standard EN 71-1
