The recalled instrument is 5.25 inches long, and is made of wood. It has two green "lily pads" that are connected to the base by a string. The Clackers were sold as part of a music kit. Hazards: The green coating on the Lily Pad Clacker instruments contains high levels of lead, posing a risk of poisoning to young children.
