According to the RAPEX notice, the identified hazard is: The toy is made of small parts (balls) with a high magnetic flux. If a child swallows them, they could attract one another causing intestinal blockage or perforation. The product does not comply with the requirements of the Toy Safety Directive nor with the European standard EN 71-1.
