According to the RAPEX notice, the identified hazard is: There are accessible gaps between moving parts of the scooter's handlebar. Consequently a finger of the child may become trapped and injured. The wheels are too small and could get stuck in holes in the ground. Additionally, the scooter's frame lacks the mark indicating the minimal insertion depth of the handlebar, which might be insufficiently inserted and detach while the child is riding the scooter. In both cases, the child to loose balance and fall off, leading to injuries.
