According to the CPSC notice, the identified hazard is: The battery-operated, multicolored toy flip phone is red, blue and yellow with green, blue, yellow and orange dial buttons. Each button has its own sound: a ring, a beeping dialing tune, a busy signal and a "hello." The toy phone has a blue hard-plastic antenna with a ball-shaped tip that makes a clickity-clack sound. Hazards: The blue, hard plastic antenna ball can break off the toy phone, posing a choking hazard to young children.
