Why it was recalled

According to the CPSC notice, the identified hazard is: The recalled Halloween ghost candleholders are about 10 inches tall and are made of acrylic. The ghosts are white and hold a small orange pumpkin, in which the tea-light candle sits. Two orange pumpkins are painted along the hem of the ghost. The candleholders were made in China. Hazards: Flames from the tea-light candle can ignite the candleholder, posing a fire hazard and risk of burn injuries to consumers.
