Why it was recalled

According to the CPSC notice, the identified hazard is: The recalled vehicles are model 2011 DS golf cars and hospitality, utility and transport vehicles used for short-distance transportation. The Club Car has various models, colors and sizes including 2 to 6 passenger seating vehicles. The vehicles can be identified by the serial number, which is above and to the right of the accelerator pedal. A list of models and serial numbers included in the recall can be seen in the picture. Hazards: The brake pedal mounting blocks can crack and separate, resulting in a loss of braking ability. This can result in a crash.
