According to the CPSC notice, the identified hazard is: This alert is only for consumers who dive with an Air 2 Alternate Inflation Regulator on a NON-SCUBAPRO buoyancy compensator. Divers who use the Air 2 on a SCUBAPRO buoyancy compensator are not affected by this alert. Hazards: An insufficient bond may cause a break in the converter coupling, which could impact the diver's ability to control buoyancy.
