According to the RAPEX notice, the identified hazard is: The crayons have an excessive concentration of lead (measured value: 7.81 mg/kg).Lead is harmful to human health, accumulates in the body, can cause developmental neurotoxicity and may affect breast-fed or unborn children. The product does not comply with the requirements of the Toy Safety Directive nor with the European standard EN 71-3.
