Why it was recalled

According to the CPSC notice, the identified hazard is: The Coconut Bamboo Torch was item No. 34/483. The 54" outdoor luau torch, consists of a hollowed-out coconut shell atop a bamboo pole. The lamps were shipped in cardboard boxes on which the code, type of lamp, and "Made in Philippines" is written. Hazards: When the torch container is filled with oil, the oil may spill and burn a consumer if the torch is used improperly, moved or jostled during use.
