According to the CPSC notice, the identified hazard is: The pajamas were sold as two-piece pajama sets in sizes XS-XL and made of 100% cotton. Style numbers are located on the label attached to the neck or waistband of the garment. Styles included in the recall are Valentine Cuddlies (200) style no. 26789, Thermal Loungewear style no. 26441 and Valentine Cuddlies (2001) style no. 27338. Hazards: These pajamas fail to meet the Federal Standards for the Flammability of Children's Sleepwear and, as a result, these pajamas pose a risk of injury to children, due to the possible ignition of the garment.
