According to the CPSC notice, the identified hazard is: The vinyl chair is round in shape to resemble a basketball, orange/brown in color and measures about 20 inches in diameter. "All-Star" is printed on both sides in black. "Colleen Karis Designs" is printed on a tag on the bottom of the chair. The ottoman is orange/brown in color and has a black stripe. Hazards: Surface paints on the lettering on both sides of the basketball chair could contain excessive levels of lead which is a violation of the federal lead paint standard.
