According to the CPSC notice, the identified hazard is: The recalled hand cycles come in a variety of colors and have "SOPUR" written on both sides of the bodywork. Hazards: There is a small risk that the quick release axles of the rear wheels do not lock correctly. If the quick release axle is not fully and properly engaged, the wheel could become detached while moving. A detached wheel could result in loss of control of the cycle and potential for serious injury or death, due to a fall or collision with another object.
