According to the RAPEX notice, the identified hazard is: During the folding procedure of the product, a child may introduce a limb or part of the body in the opening. Consequently, the child will be trapped, or have a limb or part of the body crushed. Moreover, the plastic bag of the packaging is too thin. If a child plays with the packaging, the plastic can cover the mouth and nose, causing the child to suffocate.
