Why it was recalled
According to the CPSC notice, the identified hazard is: These are 2002 model year Suzuki "QuadMaster 50" ATVs, designed for children 6 to 12 years old. The ATV has "QuadMaster 50" written on both sides of the bodywork. Hazards: The drive chain on these ATVs could come off the sprockets and lock the rear axle. This could cause the driver to lose control of the ATV and crash, possibly resulting in injury or death.
