GOTS Bedding Brands — 3 Brands Indexed
·
This page lists 3 brands in our public index whose bedding products carry the GOTS certification, issued by Global Standard gemeinnützige GmbH — GOTS. Inclusion is text-mention discovery in publicly-listed product catalogue data — we did not audit any of these brands ourselves. Always verify each badge with the issuer's register linked at the bottom of this page before relying on a cert claim for purchasing decisions.

What GOTS requires
GOTS (Global Organic Textile Standard) certifies that a textile is made from at least 70% organic fibres, processed without restricted chemicals, and audited on basic social criteria throughout the supply chain.
The full criteria document is published and maintained by Global Standard gemeinnützige GmbH — GOTS. Criteria are revised on a published cycle and an expired certificate is no longer valid even if the badge is still printed on packaging that pre-dates the expiry.
How to verify the badge
The single most reliable check is the issuer's own public product/brand register. Look the brand and the specific product variant up there:
- Open the official register: https://global-standard.org/find-suppliers-shops-and-inputs/certified-suppliers/database →
- Search for the brand exactly as printed on the product packaging — registers usually allow free-text search.
- Confirm the product line and certificate are current — check the expiry/renewal date on the register entry, not just the logo on the box.
- If in doubt, contact the issuer directly. They are the only party that can confirm whether a specific certificate is in good standing.
Brands carrying GOTS in bedding (indexed)
The 3 brands below are listed alphabetically. This is a deliberate design choice: we do not rank brands by sales, by commission potential, or by any other commercial metric. Product count is shown for transparency only — a higher count does not mean a "better" brand on this page. What GOTS does NOT guarantee
GOTS does NOT guarantee a living wage in every audited country — the social criteria are floor compliance, not a Fairtrade-style premium. It also does NOT cover non-textile components (buttons, zips) beyond limited material restrictions.
This is not a flaw of the scheme — every certification is scoped — but readers regularly over-read a badge. If a property matters to you and GOTS is silent on it, look for a complementary certification (see adjacent schemes below) or ask the brand directly.
Adjacent certifications to know
OEKO-TEX Standard 100 tests harmful substances in finished textiles (no organic-fibre requirement); Fair Trade Certified for textiles adds stronger labour criteria.
About this page
ProductGuru indexes publicly-listed certification mentions in product catalogue data. We are not the issuing authority. We did not audit the brands listed above. The list is a chronological snapshot of what the public catalogue showed on the date stamped below — certifications expire, get revoked, or get newly granted between our refreshes.
During this refresh, 1 brand matched the cert text-mention discovery query but were excluded because they had at least one consumer product recall in the past 12 months in our recall index. Mixing a positive-cert signal with an active recall signal on the same page would be misleading. Excluded brands are not named here; you can review recall history per brand on our /blog/<brand>-recall-history pages.
We do not accept brand money to feature any brand on this page. Inclusion is based solely on publicly-listed certification data, which we do not verify ourselves. ALWAYS verify with the certification issuer before relying on a cert claim. Certifications may have expired or been revoked since we last fetched data (2026-10-18).
