Reported risk: As a result of tightness in the throttle spindle and/or fouling of the speed control cable on the inlet manifold the throttle may not return to the idle position when the accelerator pedal is released. Remedy: Recall the affected vehicles and replace the speed control cable with the latest level type and if necessary also replace the throttle body assembly with the latest level type.
