Reported risk: Issue:
On a small number of RV trailers, the trailer wiring may not have been secured properly. As a result, the wiring could be pinched between the holding tanks and the frame and become damaged. If this happens, the wiring could overheat and melt.
Safety Risk:
Wiring that overheats and melts can create the risk of a fire.
Corrective Actions:
Brinkley RV will notify owners by mail and advise you to take your trailer to a dealership to inspect and, if necessary, secure the wiring.
