Reported risk: Issue:
On certain side-by-side UTVs, the accelerator pedal arm could get stuck on a body trim panel. If this happens, the UTV may not slow down when you release the accelerator pedal.
Safety Risk:
A UTV that doesn't slow down when you release the accelerator pedal could increase the risk of a crash.
Corrective Actions:
To reduce the safety risk, ARGO recommends that you shouldn't use your UTV until the recall repairs are completed. ARGO will notify owners by mail and advise you to take your UTV to a dealership to replace the accelerator pedal.
