Reported risk: Issue:
On certain vehicles, the headlamps may not have been manufactured properly. As a result, under certain conditions, the headlamps may not turn on and cause the vehicles not to meet certain requirements of Canadian regulations.
Safety Risk:
Headlamps that don't work properly can reduce visibility and could increase the risk of a crash.
Corrective Actions:
Rivian will notify owners by email and advise you to take your vehicle to a Rivian service center to replace the headlamp control module.
