Reported risk: Issue: On certain RV trailers, the wire connections for the shore power inlet may not have been tightened properly. As a result, the connections could loosen and cause a short circuit or electrical arcing (sparks). Safety Risk: A short circuit or electrical arcing could create the risk of a fire. Corrective Actions: Alliance RV will notify owners by mail and instruct you to take your trailer to a dealership to replace the shore power inlet. To reduce the safety risk, Alliance RV recommends that you should not connect the trailer to power until the recall repairs have been completed.
