Reported risk: Issue:
On certain buses, the labels for the push-out emergency exit windows do not have clear directions for how to open the window.
Safety Risk:
In an emergency situation, a person that cannot quickly understand how to open an emergency exit window could have an increased risk of injury.
Corrective Actions:
Temsa will notify owners by mail and instruct them to take their vehicle to a Temsa service center to inspect the emergency exit window labels, and replace them as necessary. Alternatively, Temsa will provide owners with the replacement labels and instructions for installing them.
