On certain vehicles, a joint in the front lower control arms could break due to poor welds. This could cause a loss of steering control. Note: This an expansion of recall 2019-194.
Safety Risk:
A loss of steering control could create the risk of a crash.
Corrective Actions:
The company will notify owners by mail. Owners will be instructed to take their vehicle to a dealer to have the front lower control arm assemblies inspected and replaced if necessary.
