Reported risk: On certain motorhomes, the metal cable which supports the battery compartment door could come into contact with the battery terminal and cause a short circuit. This could increase the risk of a fire and/or the battery exploding causing injury and/or damage to property. Correction: Dealers will replace the metal cable with a new one that has a protective coating to insulate it.
