Reported risk: On certain motorhomes, the generator internal voltage regulator may be faulty and could cause damage to the electrical system. This could cause over-charging of the batteries that may result in spillage of battery acid and create a risk of injury. Correction: Dealers will inspect the under mount generator and, if found to be fitted with black caps, the generator will be replaced.
