Reported risk: On certain vehicles, hydraulic fluid could leak from the rear wing control system and onto the exhaust. A hydraulic fluid leak onto a hot exhaust surface could increase the risk of a fire, causing injury and/or damage to property. Correction: Dealers will update the Vehicle Dynamics Control Module with new software which would eliminate the possibility of excessive pressure in the rear wing valve block assembly. Vehicles that were not built with a hydraulic check valve and filter will be fitted with the hardware, along with hydraulic pump O-rings, if needed.
