Reported risk: On certain vehicles, the reverse gear speed limiter may not meet design specifications and could allow the vehicle to travel at more than 25 km/h in reverse. If a driver were to steer abruptly while travelling above this speed, the vehicle could become unstable and a vehicle rollover may occur, creating a risk of injury and/or damage to property. Correction: Dealers will update the engine control unit software to limit the speed while travelling in reverse.
