Reported risk: Certain vehicles may have had a replacement/spare part left rear tail lamp installed during a dealer service visit which did not contain a rear reflex reflector, thus failing to comply with the requirements of Canada Motor Vehicle Safety Standard (CMVSS) 108 - Lighting System and Retroreflective Devices. This could reduce vehicle conspicuity which would increase the risk of a crash causing injury and/or property damage. Correction: Dealers will inspect the left rear tail lamp assembly, and if necessary, replace the unit with one that includes a reflex reflector.
