Reported risk: Certain vehicles may fail to comply with the requirements of CMVSS 108 - Lighting System and Retroreflective Devices. The vehicles may have not been equipped with a driver's side front amber reflex reflector, contrary to requirements of the standard. This could decrease vehicle conspicuity and potentially increase the risk of a crash causing injury and/or damage to property. Correction: Vehicles will be fitted with the missing reflector.
