Reported risk: On certain motorcycles, one of the bolts connecting the rear suspension deflection lever to the link strut, or the lever to the rear wheel swing arm (but not both) may not have been tightened to specification. This could result in the bolt becoming loose, which could affect vehicle handling and stability increasing the risk of a crash causing injury and/or damage to property. Correction: Dealers will replace the bolted connection and ensure it is tightened to specification.
