Reported risk: On certain vehicles, the left rear seat back frame may have insufficient weld penetration between the pivot bracket and the pivot pin due to an error during welding setup. Improperly welded seat back pivot pins may not adequately retain items in the luggage compartment in a crash, which could increase the risk of injury to a rear seat occupant. Correction: Dealers will replace the left hand second row seat back frame.
