Reported risk: On certain motorhomes, the controller for the HWH hydraulic entry steps may not function as designed. This could allow for the entry steps to retract unexpectedly, in some circumstances with the entry door open. If the controller for the steps is not operating as intended, it may increase the risk of an accident and/or injury. Correction: Dealers will inspect the steps and correct the controller with a software update as necessary.
