Reported risk: Certain travel trailers may have been manufactured without a lock washer on the bolts that secure the propane tank to the iron rails of the A-frame. This could cause the propane tank to become loose and potentially detach from the trailer, becoming a road hazard which would increase the risk of a crash causing injury and/or damage to property. Correction: Dealers will inspect and add a lock washer as necessary.
