Reported risk: On certain buses built on chassis cabs, the tie rod jam nuts may not have been tightened to specification during a wheel alignment conducted after the installation of the bus body. A loose jam nut could result in vehicle instability increasing the risk of a crash causing injury and/or damage to property. Correction: Dealers will inspect the tie rod jam nut and tighten to specification as needed.
