Reported risk: On certain drilling fluid reclaimer trailers, welds normally applied to the suspension pivot bolts as a secondary means of securement may have been omitted at time of assembly. This could allow the bolts to loosen, which could result in partial axle separation, affecting vehicle handling and increasing the risk of a crash causing injury and/or property damage. Correction: Owners will be sent a field modification kit and instructions.
