Reported risk: On certain vehicles, incorrect adhesive was used to secure the treads on the entry stairs into the vehicle. This could cause the stair treads to come loose and increase the risk of a person slipping and/or falling while entering or exiting the vehicle, potentially resulting in injury. Correction: Dealers will install new stair treads using appropriate adhesive and will install securing screws.
